Register, complete, and submit the information on the next screens. Once you have
access to the
AmeriHealth Caritas Next, Florida
member portal, you can review your private health care information about:
- Your health care providers.
- Health services that you have received.
- Prescription drugs that you take.
Access to your private information through the
AmeriHealth Caritas Next, Florida
member portal is meant only for you. All members must sign up separately to get
their own information.

Fill out the fields below to begin the registration process.
- Member ID or Social Security Number
Your Member ID number is located on your ID card.
Please enter Member ID along with 2 digit suffix including hyphen
(For Ex: You will enter Member ID as it is from ID card
123456789-01).
If entering your social security number, you may enter with or without hyphen.

- First name
Please enter your first name as it appears on your Member ID card.
Please leave out
any middle initials or middle names.
- Last name
Please enter your last name as it appears on your Member ID card. Please
leave out
any middle initials or middle names.
- Email address
Your email address will be used as your user name when accessing the Member
Portal. Your email address is case sensitive.
